Every detail has been considered, from new floors and paint to beds, linens, and carefully selected art. This spacious villa features 4 1/2 bathrooms, 4 full bedrooms, and a loft that serves as the fifth bedroom, equipped with one king and one queen bed. While the loft is versatile, we recommend it as a perfect kids' bedroom. Situated just a 10-minute walk from the beach, Lungomare, and ACE Marina, and a short drive to the center of Opatija, Villa The Nest offers both convenience and tranquility. Wake up to the soothing sounds of birds in the lush garden while enjoying breathtaking views of the Adriatic and Croatian Islands. Should you desire additional amenities, we offer a second kitchen, wine cellar, office space, and an extra dining and living room. The choice is yours.
