CHECKOUT CHECKLIST
• Throw away any remaining perishable items in the cupboard and refrigerator
• Empty all trash bins
• Take trash cans to the street, just outside the gate
• Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle
• Place all dirty towels on the floor in the bathrooms
• Leave beds that were slept in unmade
• Turn off all radiators/air conditioners
• Turn off all lights
• Close all the windows and lock all the doors
• Email us with any suggestions/maintenance issues
• Please share your positive review on your booking site
LAUNDRY
There is a washing machine upstairs in the villa, and an another washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. Walk out the front door and down the stairs and to your left toward the downstairs area. You’ll find a door to the laundry that is unlocked. Please remember to empty the water from the dryer by pulling the water tank out from the very top left of the dryer.
TRASH
The garbage collectors come early on Monday morning. Please take the trash bins up to the street just outside the gate whenever you check out or on Sunday evening if you are staying.
